ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue Writ, Order or Direction or any other appropriate Order one in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents not issuing permission to the Petitioner to discharge his lawful duties of Petitioner as Sajjadah of Khanqah-e-Nooria i.e., (1) on 04.09.2025/11^th Rabi ul Awwal from 07:00 PM to 09: 00 PM after Namaz-e-Maghrib Burdah Shareef and from 09: 00 PM to 02:00 AM Jalsa namely Zahoor-e-Noor is scheduled to be held in premises of Dargah Shareef Noori Shah, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad Qur’aan Khwani, Speeches of Islamic Scholar, next day on 05.09.2025/12^th Rabi Ul Awwal morning after Namaz-e-Fajr prayer Ziyarat e Aasaar e Mubarak at Masjid e Noori Khanqaahe Nooriya, Noori Maskan, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, (2) on 03.10.2025/10^th Rabi-Ul-Saani after Namaz-e-Maghrib prayer 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM Burdah Shareef is scheduled to be conducted and from 09:00 PM to 02:00 AM Jalsa Faizaan-e-Ghouse Aazam, Dargah Shareef Noori Shah, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad. Next day on 04.10.2025/11^th Rabi- Us-Saani morning after Namaz-e-Fajr-Ziyar
