ORDER:
Heard Sri Sadu Rajeshwar Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 3, 6 and 7.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India in declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the G.O.Rt. No.107, dt.13.02.2013 issued by the then 1st respondent and also consequential proceeding Rc. No.43/A2/2013 dt.16.02.2013 issued by the 6th respondent herein in appointing the petitioner on compassionate grounds in 7th respondent college on purely temporary basis and the said portion which is against to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner herein in any other Government needy college on regular basis by absorbing/regularizing the services of the petitioner by counting the service rendered by the petitioner as a class
