This Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order, dated

01.08.2025, passed in W.P.No.22701 of 2025 by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

2. Heard learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the appellants and Sri G. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the respondent.

It is the case of the appellants that the respondent has earlier filed revision before the State Government and the revisional vide authority was pleased to dispose of the said revision order, dated 23.09.2024, by directing the Deputy Director of Mines and Geology, Warangal, to reconcile the documentary evidence submitted by the respondent and later, the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Jangaon District, shall take further necessary action to collect normal seigniorage fee along with one time penalty and statutory payments etc., for un-reconciled quantity in leased area and to collect normal seigniorage fee along with two times penalty and statutory payments etc., for the quantity extracted outside the leased ar
