Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and there is no representation for petitioner.

2. The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner, to issue a writ order or direction in the name of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in seeking to forcibly take possession in respect of the petitioners’ property situated at Southern part of No. G-2 in the ground floor having a build up area of 750 sq.ft along with undivided share of land of 50sq.yds out of total land admeasuring 600 sq.yds on the plot No. 32 (House bearing municipal No. 22-268) in survey No. 167, situated at Bhagyanagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Kukatpally Municipality, Balanagar Mandal, RangaReddy District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent not to interfere with the rights of the petitioner at the said property in any manner and to pass such orders as this Court deems fit and proper.
