ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.1729/2 (old Sy.No.1729) situated at Shabad Village and Mandal, Ranga Rddy District. In proof of the same, she has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds. She has submitted F-Line application bearing No.AOD022400062585, dated 27.05.2024, to respondent No.4, with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.4, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

A perusal of the said online application submitted by the petitioner would reveal that she has mentioned service name as ‘Appeals on Demarcation’, and at the top of the said applications, it is stated as ‘Appeals on Demarcation Receipt’. There is no order to prefer an appeal by the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner is seeking to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. Therefore, she cannot submit the aforesaid online applications mentioning service name as ‘Appeals on Demarcation’. Instead, she has to submit F-Line application to respondent No.4, along with all the relevant documents with a specific request to conduct survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. On receipt of the said F-Line application, respondent No.4 shall consider the same in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the aforesaid discussion, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to all the relevant documents, with a specific request to fixing boundaries. On receipt of the said F-line application, 4th respondent shall consider the same, conduct survey respondent No.4 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copy of the same to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of the said F-

line application. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
