ORDER:
Heard Sri K.Ram Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri Bhukya Mangilal Naik, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing on behalf of respondents.
2. Complaining violation of the orders of this Court dated 27.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.8679 of 2020, the present Contempt Case is filed.
3. The relevant portion of the order of this Court dated 27.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.8679 of 2020 is extracted hereunder:
“18. The Writ Petition is partly allowed and following directions are issued:
(i) The respondents are directed to release the arrears of subsistence allowance from the date of suspension and continue to pay until his suspension is revoked or final decision is made in disciplinary proceedings subject to petitioner furnishing the certificate as required by F.R. 53;
(ii) The respondents shall review the amount of subsistence allowance payable to petitioner, strictly in accordance with F.R. 53;
(iii) The arrears of subsistence allowance shall be paid within four weeks from the date of furnishing the certificate by the petitioner; and (iv) The review of subsistence allowance payable to petitioner be made within four weeks from the date of payment of arrears of subsistence allowance.”

Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brings on record the proceedings vide Letter No.C/SSGPT/Sub.Allow bill 2025, dated 19.08.2025, addressed to the Commissioner of Technical Education, Government of Telangana, Vidyabhavan, Nampally and contends that the orders of this Court dated 27.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.8679 of 2020 had been duly complied and the Subsistent Allowance Bill in respect of the petitioner was prepared as per the provision of F.R.53 and was submitted to STO Zaheerabad vide Token No.2601087061 dated 19.08.2025 for an amount of Rs. 5,95,554/-, duly deducting Government deduction Rs. 16,800/-, adjustment amount of misappropriation and bank amount in non- Government, deduction to Rs.3,55,000/- and net amount of Rs.2,23,761/- to the individual account and therefore, the Contempt Case could be closed by this Court.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that all the amounts due to the petitioner as per the petitioner’s legal entitlement had not been released as intimated vide Lr.No.C/SSGPT/Sub.Allow bill 2025, dated 19-
08-20 and the petitioner is entitled for more amounts.
6. This Court opines that the said issue cannot be gone into contempt jurisdiction.
7. TAKI NG I NTO CONSI DERATI ON:
a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, b) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing on behalf of respondents, The Contempt Case is closed. I t is open for the petitioner to make representation to the respondents herein with regard to the petitioner’s grievances pertaining to entitlement of more amounts as per the directions of this Court dated 27.07.2020 passed in W.P. No.8679 of 2020 and pursue the remedies as are available to the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
