ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the following relief:
“to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the raid and search conducted by the 3rd respondent on 08-12-2016 on the petitioners company and the seizure of its products and other items, as illegal, highhanded, without any power or authority and against the procedure contemplated under law and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 3 to forthwith to handover the seized goods and packaging material by unlocking the petitioners premises containing goods and packaging material of the petitioner...”
2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. I have heard Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned respondent Nos.1 to 4.
submits that in Crime No.245 of 2016, the Investigating Agency conducted search on 07.12.2016 at M/s SRK Food Products Private Limited, Company, Bongloor Village and on 08.12.2016 at M/s SRK Food Products Private Limited, Company at MP Patelguda Village, and seized articles and they were produced before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam. Subsequently, the case was transferred to XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Ibrahimpatnam, and the matter is still pending. Thus, the contest that there was illegal seizure by the respondent No.3 was improper is unjustified. Hence, prayed for dismissal of the petition.
5. I have perused the materials on record.

Having regard to the assertion and the statement of respondents in written submissions that, the seized articles/products from the possession of the petitioner’s company has been properly produced before the Court concerned. He contest that the respondents have conducted search and seizure without lawful authority, is found unacceptable. Thus, the contest in this regard is dismissed. However the rights of the petitioner are reserved to avail appropriate remedy before the Court concerned in regard to seized property. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
