ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in not receiving the documents for registration and release vide challan No.914BSV220825 with transaction ID No.8995342968627 dated 22.08.2025 in Sy.Nos.521,522,523, 524 (521/1, 522/1,523/1 and 524/1) vide plot bearing No.45 an extent of 144. Sq. yards equivalent to 120.3 sq. mtrs situated at Budvel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. The Assistant Government Pleader has stated that the respondents will follow the procedure contemplated under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short, ‘the Act, 1908’).
4. The Section 71 of the Act reads as follows:
