ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner herein is the father of respondent No.5 and respondent No.4 is husband of respondent No.5. According to the petitioner, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are staying with petitioner and they have occupied the house belonging to the petitioner. They are not maintaining and taking care of the petitioner. Therefore, he has filed an application under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, seeking maintenance from respondent Nos.4 and 5. Thereafter, respondent No.3 has issued notice dated 29.05.2025, to appear in person before the Tribunal on 20.06.2025. application and passing orders in accordance with procedure laid down under the Act and Rules made thereunder. Aggrieved by the said in action of the respondent No.3, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
3. Whereas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare on instructions would submit that respondent No.3 will consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner
