ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner as Lecturer in Commerce, as illegal.

2. Heard Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education, appearing for respondents No.1,2,4 and 5 and Sri B. Vivek Jain, learned counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner made an application for appointment to the post of Lecturer in Commerce and was selected by a Selection Committee and posted as a Junior Lecturer in sanctioned aided post in D.R. Goenka College for Women, Tadepalligudem, and petitioner joined on 08.08.1980 and worked there up to 1986.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that later, petitioner was posted as a Junior Lecturer in Commerce in G.L.R. New Model Junior College, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad and permitted to work as a Lecturer in Commerce from 01.08.1988 to 30.04.1990.
