ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed to set aside the order dated
09.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.163 of 2024 in M.C.No.31 of 2022 passed by the learned Judge, I Additional Family Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar (for short “trial Court”). 2. The parties herein are referred to as they were arrayed in the maintenance case before the trial Court for the sake of convenience and clarity.
3. The facts of the case in brief before the trial Court are that the petitioner got married with the respondent on 04.07.2021 and that at the time of marriage, the parents of the petitioner presented Rs.5,00,000/- net cash, 30 tulas of gold ornaments, 10 tulas of silver chains, double door fridge, washing machine and other house hold articles and they lived happily for a period of two months and thereafter, the respondent and his family members started harassing her and beat her indiscriminately. They forced her to bring additional dowry of Rs.5,00,000/- and as the petitioner did not heed to their demands, they took away 30 tulas of gold ornaments from her and established a poultry farm and after
