Aggrieved by non-disposal of the petitioner’s application, dated 15.05.2025, seeking for grant of Consent for Establishment and Consent for Operation, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. Heard Ms. P. Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood, learned Standing Counsel for T.S. Pollution Control Board appearing for respondent Nos.3, 4 & 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had contended that the petitioner has obtained a Letter of Intent from the Deputy Director of Mines and Geology on 12.12.2024 for carrying out quarry operations for gravel, building stone, road metal and rough stone over an extent of 2.350 hectares in Sy.No.223/1/2 of Keesara village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner has submitted an application before the Telangana State Pollution Control Board on 15.05.2025, seeking Consent for Establishment and Consent for Operation.
