O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief/s:- “… to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly, a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents, more particularly Respondent Nos.3 & 4 in not including the lands held by the Petitioner in the new e-Pass Book, i.e. land admeasuring Ac. 0-09 Gts., in Sy. No.332/2, totally admeasuring Ac. 0-15 Gts., of Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Article 14 & 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently direct the Respondents 3 & 4 to include the lands held by the Petitioner in the new e- Pass Book, i.e land admeasuring Ac. 0-09 Gts., in Sy.No.332 and land admeasuring Ac. 0-06 Gts., in Sy. No. 333/2, totally admeasuring Ac. 0-15 Gts., of Janwada Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District and pass such other suitable order or orders …”
