ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“... declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioners’ representation dated 13.10.2015 for regularizing the land in Survey No.782, admeasuring Ac.1-00 Guntas, situated at Devara Emjal Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favor of each petitioner which is in their occupation as is illegal arbitrary and against the G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 discriminatory in violation of Articles 14, 21, and 300A of the Constitution of India besides in violation of natural justice consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated

13.10.2015 made by the petitioners.”

2. Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court vide order dated 22.12.2015, passed the following interim order:-

“The relief sought for is with reference to G.O.Ms.No.166, dated 16.02.2008 and the said G.O.is no more in force in both the States.
