ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are questioning the impugned notice issued by the respondent No.2 in Proceedings No.B/1028/2013, dated 25.11.2014.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the similar situated persons have filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.39003 of 2014 and this Court disposed of the said writ petition on 19.12.2014 by setting aside the impugned notice bearing No.B/1028/2013, dated 25.11.2014 and requested to pass similar order in the instant case also.

4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration is not disputing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.39003 of 2014, dated 19.12.2014.

5. In view of the above made submissions by both sides and for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.39003 of 2014, dated 19.12.2014, this writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned notice bearing No.B/1028/2013, dated 25.11.2014 issued by the respondent No.2, however, with liberty to respondent No.2 to issue a show cause notice inviting objections from the petitioners, hold an enquiry, wherein he shall give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners, and pass a final order. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.

7. Registry is directed to annex copy of the order in W.P.No.39003 of 2014, dated 19.12.2014.
