COMMON ORDER

These two criminal petitions have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners, who were arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.361 of 2017 of Subedari Police Station, Warangal Urban District, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 387, 471 r/w

34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’).

2. Hence, these two criminal petitions were heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

3. Heard Mr.B.Chennaiah, learned counsel, representing Mr.V.Siddhartha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.P.No.10548 of 2017, Mr.P.Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.P.No.10500 of 2017, Mr.T.Chandra Shekar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1/de facto complainant and Mr.M.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 in both the criminal petitions.
