ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.Somaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

2. The petitioner is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.2.37 gts in Sy.No.1405/N/20, situated at Jaggaiah Pally village, Jammikunta village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, on the strength of the registered sale deed No.1197/1999, dated 01.03.1999 executed by Sri Mamidala Manohar. Thereafter, the 5th respondent has resumed the said property vide proceedings dated 06.09.2011. Challenging the said proceedings, the petitioner preferred appeal under Section 4-A of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prevention of Transfer) Act, 1977. Vide order dated 02.03.2019, the 4th respondent dismissed the said appeal. The petitioner has filed a revision under Section 4-B of the Act, 1977 before the 3rd respondent. Vide order dated 29.06.2019, the 3rd respondent allowed the said revision and remanded the matter back to the 5th respondent with a direction to take action regarding reassignment of the land purchased by the appellant, if he is eligible, while keeping in view the factors laid down under Section 4(1
