ORDER:

This petition is filed to modify the conditional order dated

22.07.2024 passed in Crl.R.C.No.18 of 2024 in Crl.MP.No.438 of 2024 in Crime No.56 of 2024 of Mustabad Police Station, seeking a direction for the petitioner to deposit the latest original Registration Certificate (RC) pertaining to the vehicle bearing No. TS-03-UB-7505, having Chassis No. MBX0000WBUK370686 and Engine No.R6K2825339, of Golden Yellow Color and consequently direct the Respondent to forthwith release the vehicle on an affidavit undertaking that the petitioner shall deposit the latest original Registration Certificate after obtaining it from the concerned authority.

2. Heard Mr.V.Srikantha Rao, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s vehicle was seized in Crime No.56 of 2024 by the Police and is lying idle in the Court.
