ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.14277 of 2021 on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427 and 506 of the IPC.

2. Heard Mr. D.V.S. Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. R. Sumita, learned counsel, representing Mr. N. Vijender Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2, and Mr. M. Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and she was falsely implicated in the present crime. The petitioner purchased the property under an oral agreement of sale for a total consideration of Rs.12 lakhs from Smt. A. Arundathi Devi, who inducted the petitioner into possession. Out of the sale consideration, the petitioner paid Rs.6 lakhs and since then, she has been in possession of the subject property i.e., Flat bearing No.602. Hence, th
