Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.Somaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.
2. The petitioner is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No.1405/O/21, situated at Jaggaiah Pally village, Jammikunta village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, on the strength of the registered sale deed No.2015/1999, dated 15.05.1999 executed by Smt.Pattem Rajeshwari.
3. She is also claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.1405/O/21, on the strength of sadabainama dated 28.02.1991 executed by Sri Ravikanti Kashaiah. Though the petitioner contended that the sadabainama was regularized, he has not filed any document including 13-B proceedings in proof of the same.
4. Thereafter, the 5th respondent has resumed the said property vide proceedings dated 06.09.2011. Challenging the said proceedings, the petitioner preferred an appeal under Section 4-A of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prevention of Transfer) Act, 1977. Vide order dated 02.03.2019, the 4th respondent dismissed the said appeal. The petitioner has filed a revision
