This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short ‘BNSS’) by petitioner/accused No.3 to quash the proceedings against him in F.I.R.No.234 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022 and consequently set aside all consequential proceedings taken pursuant to F.I.R.No.234 of 2022 registered by the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against petitioner are under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’).

Heard Mr. Avinash Desai, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr. TPS.Harsha, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr. Surepalli Prashanth, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State and Mr. B.Aravind Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5. Perused the material on record.

3. Three complaints by different persons i.e., respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 are lodged. The contents of all the complaints are similar in nature.
