O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to pass an order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the staff of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 for interfering in the civil dispute and harassing the petitioner and his tenant without any reason to settle the matter when the civil suit for declaration of title and injunction is pending in OS. No.24 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nirmal, Adilabad District, in which there is an order of status quo and declare the same as illegal arbitrary against the principles of natural justice against law and violation of Article 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India.….”

2. Heard Ms.Vaishnavi Sharma, learned counsel representing Mr.Suresh Shiva Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the respondents never interfered with the civil disputes as contested by the petitioner. However, as per the instructions, the civil suit filed by the petitioner vide OS No.24 of 2015 has been ended in settlement before the Lok Adalat on

08.08.2019 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Nirmal.

4. Having considered this development, as the cause raised in this petition has been redressed, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
