ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents No.1 to 3 in appointing Non-Official Persons as In Charge Committee of 4^th respondent-Karimnagar Cooperative Urban Bank Limited, Karimnagar under Section 32(7)(a)(ii) of the Telangana State Cooperative Act, 1964 (for short ‘the Act’) and in extending the term of Non-Official Persons In Charge Committee from time to time and for further period of six (06) months by its order dated 23.06.2025 vide G.O.Ms.No.285, Agricultural and Cooperation (COOP-II) Department, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation, appearing for respondents No.1 to 3, Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 and Ms.Pratusha Boppanna, learned counsel representing Mr.Nalin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5-

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that accordance with the provisions of the Act and is also not acting in transparent and fair manner, therefore, the petitioner is seeking appointment of Persons In Charge
