This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondent authorities in rejecting his building permission application bearing File No.002975/GHMC/1274/KPL1/2025-BP, dated 13.03.2025 on the ground of shortfall intimation letter issued respondent No.4 vide File No.002975/GHMC/1274/KPL1/2025-BP, dated 19.04.2025, contrary to the judgment and decree in O.S. Nos.81 of 2008 and 82 of 2008 dated 30.12.2016 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
