ORDER:
This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.317 of 2014 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, for the offences punishable under sections 18(c) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1945 read with Conditions of Drug Licenses Sl.Nos.3(i) and 4(i) of Form 20-B and Form 21-B.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing upon the instructions furnished by the concerned officers submitted that during the pendency of this Criminal Petition, C.C.No.317 of 2014 was disposed of on 30.06.2023. By virtue of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
