Heard Sri P.Sasidhar Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri R. S. Sumith Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Asst.Govt.Pleader for Revenue and Sri G.Venkata Narayana, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6.
2. The petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Ac.2.04 guntas in Sy.No.633 situated at Mothkur Town and Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District ( for short, ‘the subject property’). It is their specific contention that father of the petitioner Nos.1 to 3 i.e. late Avishetty Muthaiah had purchased the aforesaid land under two registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.1312 of 1990 dated 24.12.1990 and 344 of 1993 dated 10.05.1993. The petitioner No.4 is grandson of late Avishetty Muthaiah. Petitioner Nos.5 to 10 are legal heirs of the said Muthaiah. The petitioner Nos.11 to 14 are purchasers of the said property.
3. According to the petitioners, they are in possession of the said property. Out of the said extent of Ac.2.04 guntas,700 sq.yards is open land Ac.1.06 gutnas is agricultural land. The petitioner Nos. 1 to 3
