Heard Sri J.Prabhakar, learned Senior Counsel representing Ms.Surabhi Kakkad, learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri H.Somaiah Ezra Shastry, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment (Revenue) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.

2. The Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of Plot No.30, admeasuring 253 square yards, in Sy.Nos.15-17, 47-51, 53, 54 and 57 parts, situated at Annojiguda Village, Pocharam, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District. The petitioners have obtained regularization proceedings dated 28.12.2017 from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). They have also obtained a building permit order dated 26.10.2024 from respondent No.4 – Municipality and have constructed a house strictly in accordance with the said building permit order and that currently they are in the possession of the said property. In proof of the same, they have filed copies of the Sale Deed, conversion proceedings, building permit order, etc. Even then, respondent No.2
