Petitioner seeks an appropriate writ or a direction against the respondents in not taking any action pursuant to his representations dated 24.02.2025, 03.04.2024 and 17.10.2023, for release of his retirement benefits in spite of furnishing information about the closure of Execution Petition No.11 of 2009 in O.S.No.21 of 2007 before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary. Petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to release his retirement benefits as per law.
