ORDER:
Heard Sri K.V.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of.
2. It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1859 of 2023, dated 07.02.2023 and WP No.11006 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023. This Writ Petition can also be disposed of in terms of the said Writ Petition.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration has not disputed the said contention of learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. After having taken note of the fact that the Endorsement vide Memo No.G2/5402/2016, dated 09.12.2019 and the letter No.ROR-I/1140/2019, dated 05.12.2019, in W.P.No.16787 of 2021 and Batch, dated
25.03.2022, this Court disposed of W.P.No.1859 of 2023 on
07.02.2023, holding as under:-
“…in the above circumstances, the Wit Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 to receive the documents that are sought to be presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the subject properties, without reference to the Endorsement, dated 09.12.2019, issued by the Commissioner of inspector General of Stamps and Registration by verifying as to whether the agriculture lands that are being claimed by the petitioner are the subject matter of the suid O.S.No.22 of 2021 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, or not and process the same in accordance with law. The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed as expeditiously as possible at any rate, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the document by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.”

In the light of the above and following the order in W.P.No.1859 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 and W.P.No.11006 of 2023 dated 20.04.2021, this Writ Petition also disposed of directing the respondent No.5-Sub Registrar to receive the document that are sought to be presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the subject properties without reference to the Endorsement, dated 09.12.2019 and the letter, dated 05.12.2019, issued by the Commissioner of Inspector General of Stamps and Registration and process the same, subject to the said document complying with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908, and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of presentation of the document by the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this wit petitions disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
