JUDGMENT:
This MACMA is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for short ‘MV Act’) by the Appellant-TSRTC against the order and decree, dated 30.08.2019, passed in M.V.O.P. No.255 of 2016, by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Principal District Judge, Warangal, (hereinafter referred as ‘Tribunal’), wherein the respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein – petitioners filed the claim petition under Section 166 of MV Act seeking compensation of Rs.32,00,000/- for the death of Valusa Sammaiah, father of petitioner Nos.1 to 3 and son of petitioner No.4, in a motor vehicle accident occurred on 29.12.2015.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are hereinafter referred as arrayed before the Tribunal.

The brief facts of the case are that on 29.12.2015, after completion of their works at Jammikunta, the deceased along with his wife Saraswathi was proceeding towards their house situated at Pidisilla village of Mogullaplly Mandal, on TVS Victor motorcycle bearing No. AP 10S 5972 and on their way when they reached the outskirts of Motlapalli village at about
