ORAL ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioner and her sister filed a suit in O.S.No.25 of 2007 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar, against Mr.Mohammed Jahangir and 14 others, for partition, separate possession of the suit schedule property and also for declaration of title. The same was dismissed on 30.06.2010. Feeling aggrieved by the said Decree and Judgment dated 30.06.2010, petitioner and another preferred an appeal vide A.S.No.60 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional District Judge (FTC), Mahabubnagar and the same was allowed. Defendants in the said suit preferred an appeal vide S.A.No.576 of 2014. Vide order dated 05.09.2014 in S.A.No.576 of 2014, this Court granted stay of passing of Final Decree, however, proceedings may go on.
Therefore, Final Decree proceedings are pending.
3. Petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.06.2025 with respondent No.2 with a request to keep the suit schedule property in ‘Court Case Intimation, no transaction’ status in Bhu Bharati Portal. Vide proceedings dated 25.06.2025, respondent No.2 directed respondent Nos.3 and 4 to keep the suit schedule property in ‘Court Case Intimation, no transaction’ status in Bhu Bharati Portal and report compliance. Even then respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not keeping the suit schedule property in ‘Court Case Intimation, no transaction’ status in Bhu Bharati Portal. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent Nos.3 and 4 will take all further steps pursuant to the proceedings dated 25.06.2025 issued by respondent No.2, in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take all further steps pursuant to proceedings dated 25.06.2025 issued by respondent No.2 directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to keep the suit schedule property i.e., land admeasuring Acs.28.02 guntas in Sy.Nos.52, 53 and 54, situated at Karivena Village, Bhoothpur Mandal, in ‘Court Case Intimation, no transaction’ status in Bhu Bharati Portal, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
