ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.9 in rejecting the petitioners’ online application No.14238/1214 for granting approval of a layout in respect of the land to an extent of Acs.3.00 guntas in Sy.No.405/Part and Ac.1.05 guntas in Sy.No.406/Part, total admeasuring Acs.4.05 guntas, situated at Abbayyapalem Village, Maripeda Mandal, Mahabubabad District, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the application of the petitioners has been rejected with the remarks: “land dispute, link document not available rejected in Grama Sabha”. Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submitted that the petitioners had enclosed all the relevant documents along with the application and that the rejection order does not specify the details of the alleged land dispute. The grievance of the petitioners is that their application has been rejected without giving any opportunity to make good the shortfall, if any. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the Gram Panchayat, appearing for respondent No.9, is also
