ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.Somaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

2. Petitioners are claiming that they are absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts each in Sy.No.285 of Kongara Kurdh-a Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. They have purchased the said property from late Omkuri Narsimha, an Ex-Serviceman. Their names were also mutated in revenue records. Pattadar passbooks and title deeds were also issued in their favour. In proof of the same, they have filed copies of D-patta certificate vide No.B/1036/1992, dated 13.06.1992, registered sale deeds, latest passbooks and title deeds. Even then, the said property is mentioned in the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Registration Act. Therefore, they have submitted an application to the 4th respondent with a request to delete the said property from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Registration Act. The 4^th respondent sought for report from the respondents 5 and 6.
