THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9958 OF 2025

ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking to set aside the order dated 09.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.62 of 2023 in M.C.No.4 of 2023, on the file of learned Judicial magistrate of First Class at Dubbak, against the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.K.Rajashekar, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

3. The petitioner is arrayed as respondent in Crl.M.P.No.62 of 2023 in M.C.No.4 of 2023, filed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein under Section 125(1) of Cr.P.C before the trial Court maintenance of an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month each to respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein.

4. On 09.07.2024, the trial Court partly allowed the petition Rs.10,000/- per month to respondent Nos.2 and 3 from the date of petition and to be paid on or before 10^th day of every month and the arrears in twelve monthly equal installments and Rs.2,000/- to respondent Nos.2 and 3 towards the costs of the petition.
