ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in Crime No.161 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021 on the file of PS, Cyber Crime, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Sections

66, 66-C of Information Technology Act, 2008.

2. When the matter has been taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that in the year 2021 as Crime No.161 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021 on the file of PS, Cyber Crime, Cyberabad, has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Sections 66, 66-C of Information Technology Act, 2008 and that the crime has not been investigated so far and restricts his prayer to direct the respondent/police to conduct investigation in accordance with law, expeditiously file a report before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the respondent/police shall conduct investigation in accordance with law and file report before the trial Court.
