Petitioners are claiming that petitioner No.1 has purchased land admeasuring 1380 square yards, petitioner No.2 has purchased land admeasuring 1380 square yards, petitioner No.3 has purchased land admeasuring 633 square yards, petitioner No.4 has purchased land admeasuring 635 square yards, petitioner No.5 has purchased land admeasuring 556 square yards and petitioner No.6 has purchased land admeasuring 666 square yards in Sy.No.523/AA, situated at Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Rangareddy District, from Sri C.Madhavachary, who obtained residential layout permission vide letter No.3688/HUDA/99, dated 22.02.2002 from the then HUDA (now HMDA). According to the petitioners, the subject property is patta land of Sri C.Madhavachary. Even then, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are claiming that it is a Government land (Poramboke land).
