JUDGMENT:

1. This appeal arises out of an award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal – cum – II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial in MVOP.No.159 of 2016 dated 01.12.2021.

2. Appellant has filed MVOP under Section 166(1)(a) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1989 claiming
