JUDGMENT:

This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant/complainant challenging the judgment dated 25.09.2013, passed by the learned First Additional Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases-cum-V Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the trial Court’) in C.C.No.15 of 2010, whereby the learned Judge found the accused not guilty for the offences under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) r/w Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (for short, the ‘P.C. Act, 1988’).

The accused was working as the Inspector of Survey in the office of the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District.
