HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.22598 OF 2025

ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Sridhar, learned Government Pleader for Home.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents in providing police protection to the petitioner to implement the order dated 23.12.2021 in I.A.No.1499 of 2021 in O.S.No.283 of 2021 passed by the Senior Civil Judge at Nalgonda. The petitioner has filed the suit in O.S.NO.283 of 2021 against the Ravela Innaiah and others for perpetual injunction. Learned trial Court has granted exparte temporary injunction dated 23.12.2021 in I.A.No.1499 of 2021. The said order is in subsistence and the said suit is pending. Even then the defendants in the said suit has violated the said order and interfered with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property (suit schedule property). The petitioner has not submitted any representation to the concerned Station House Officer. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent had registered a case in Crime No.133 of 2025 dated

05.07.2025 against the defendants in the said suit for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1) of 351(2) of BNS.
