THE HON’BLE SMT. JUSTICE T.MADHAVI DEVI CONTEMPT CASE NO. 654 OF 2025

ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the directions of this Court in W.P.No.29904 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024 and is seeking punishment for the said disobedience under the Contempt of Courts Act and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.

2. The Writ Petition was disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order granting building permission to respondents No.5 and 6 before the appellant authority within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and the appellate authority was directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of one month thereafter and till such time, all the respondents were directed to maintain the status-quo obtaining as on the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the photographs to submit that at the time of granting of the final order, the building was partially completed i.e., only slabs were laid and the walls are yet to be constructed and after the order, instead of maintaining status-quo, the respondents
