Heard Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.M.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.Somaiah Ezra Shastri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. Petitioner herein is claiming that he has been in possession of land admeasuring 500 square yards in Sy.No.103, situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Rangareddy District, since last 40 years. It is a Government Porambok land. Therefore, he has filed an application bearing No.AOG022300379798, dated 26.04.2023 with respondent No.2 seeking regularization of 350 square yards, out of 500 square yards, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same.

Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
