Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
2. Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.2.10 guntas in Survey No.65/B/1 situated at Bhuktapur, Adilabad Urban, Adilabad District. In proof of the same, he has filed latest pattadar pass book and title deed. He has submitted an application bearing No.2500040999 dated 27.01.2025 to 4th respondent, Tahsildar & Joint Sub-Registrar, Adilabad Urban, Adilabad District, with a request to convert the subject land from agriculture to non-agriculture. He has also paid an amount of Rs.2,83,387/- towards NALA charges. Thereafter, 4th respondent asked the petitioner to appear before him on 28.03.2025 at 10:30 a.m. along with necessary documents. Therefore, on the said date, the petitioner appeared before
4th respondent, but no proceedings took place. However, 4th respondent is not disposing of the aforesaid application of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said inaction of
4th respondent, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
