2. The present writ appeal has been filed by the appellant under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent Act, challenging the order dated 14.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.32156 of 2024.

3. The appellant had preferred the aforesaid writ petition seeking for an appropriate direction against the respondents for releasing the provident fund, payment of gratuity, leave encashment, settlement allowances and other benefits which the appellant was otherwise entitled for on attaining the age of superannuation.

4. The facts of the case, are that, the appellant retired from service w.e.f. 31.01.2019 from the post of Deputy General Manager (TR & E) from the respondents establishment. However, before the appellant could retire from service
