ORDER

Heard Sri Rama Kotaiah Kandala, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. The petitioner is the resident of Mittabasupalli Village. He was a Upa-Sarpanch of the said village. According to him, the 5th respondent, Ex-Village Revenue Officer occupied the land admeasuring Ac.0-04 guntas in Sy.No.15/A of the said village belongs to the Government. Therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 04.10.2021 to the 4th respondent with a request to take action against the 5th respondent. Despite acknowledging and receiving the same, the 4th respondent did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Whereas, the 4th respondent has filed written instructions stating that the occupiers i.e. P.Mahender Patel, the 5th respondent another person by name Shivarajappa Patel were directed to furnish the relevant documents with regard to the above schedule property in Sy.No.15. In turn, the said persons had furnished the deed of conveyance documen
