ORDER:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.

2. Heard Mr. R. Anurag, learned counsel representing Ms. L. Sowmya, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents.

Perused the material on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners had been working as Guest Faculty in various subjects in various Government Degree Colleges in the State of Telangana, for the last several years.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that respondent No.2 issued the Proceedings Nos.CCE-GDCS/SPL/MZI-GF/2025 and CCE-GDCS/SPL/MZII-GF/2025, dated 18.07.2025, inviting applications from the eligible candidates for serving as Guest Faculty.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submit that the petitioners herein after completion of the 2024-25 academic year, have made several representations to respondent No.2, orally as well as in writing on 26.06.2025 to continue them in the current academic year.
