Heard Sri G.Ravi Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioners are residents of Ramakrishnapuram Village, Chintakani Mandal, Khammam District. They are voters of Madhira Assembly Constituency. Their names were deleted from the draft publication of electoral list during Parliament Elections, illegally. Therefore, they have filed writ petition vide W.P.No.17333 of 2024 to declare the action of respondents in not including the names of the petitioners in the voters’ list prepared for General Elections of House of People, 2024 in respect of Madhira Assembly Constituency (114) of Khammam District.
