ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.4 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that, though the 3rd respondent, based on the complaint of the petitioner dt.01.11.2022, had registered a case, vide Crime No.327 of 2022 on the same day, the said respondent is not considering the further information, which was sought to be furnished by the petitioner herein under the cover of letter dt.09.07.2025, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as illegal and arbitrary.
4. Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, while denying the writ averments, would submit that the respondents
