ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was assigned the land admeasuring Ac.2-20 guntas in Sy.No.1421/299 and Ac.0-20 guntas in Sy.No.1421/299/1 of Ramayampet Village and Mandal, Medak District and was granted family member certificate by the then Tahsildar, Ramayampet Mandal, Medak District in proceedings No.F/6552/2005, dated 21.12.2005 and the petitioner is cultivating the said land from 2005 onwards. The name of the petitioner is mutated in the revenue records and was given pattadar passbook and title deed and he obtained agricultural loan by mortgaging the same with Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Ramayampet by executing a registered mortgage deed on 16.02.2006 and the same was entered in the record of the Sub-Registrar to that effect. Out of the said assigned land, Ac.1-10 guntas was acquired for the purpose of expansion of National Highway No.44 (old No.7) leading from Hyderabad to Nagpur and paid compensation
