Heard Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned Senior Counsel representing Mr.M.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.Somaiah Ezra Shastri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. Petitioner herein is claiming that she has been in possession of land admeasuring 950 square yards in Sy.No.103, situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Rangareddy District, since last 40 years. It is a Government Porambok land. Therefore, she has filed an application bearing No.AOG022200200117, dated 29.03.2022 with respondent No.2 seeking regularization of 500 square yards, out of 950 square yards, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, 30.12.2014. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition.
