ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to transfer OS.No.77 of 2019 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally to the Special Court for trial and disposal of Commercial Disputes, Ranga Reddy Court Complex at L.B.Nagar to be tried along with COS.No.21 of 2025.

2. Heard Sri Keerthi Prabhaker, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri D.Raghavendar Rao, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both the parties have fairly submitted that the subject suit may be transferred as sought for in the TrCMP. They further submitted that earlier, this Court vide order dated 21.03.2025 in CRP.No.297 of 2025 directed the Special Court to take up OS.No.575 of 2016 (re-numbered as COS.No.21 of 2025) on priority basis and to conclude the same at the earliest in accordance with law without granting unnecessary prolonged adjournments, and requested the Court to fix time frame for disposal of the suit-

OS.No.77 of 2019 by the Special Court.
